有兩本幾好 由我最初咩都唔識到宜家開始有d sense 做乜

好新 d tutorial 夠簡單 更有video教學

Apress : Beginning IPhone 3 Development Exploring the iPhone SDK Jul 2009

有d 舊 不過勝在咩都有 

(呢兩本書都有source code download)
